Compensation Program
Our compensation program is multifaceted, including the following:
External Equity - We have established compensation levels that are comparative or superior to prevailing market rates in the appropriate geographic area so as to enable recruitment of the best potential candidates.
Internal Equity - Salary ranges are internally consistent when considering responsibilities, skills, experience, academic credentials, and labour market availability.
Profit Sharing - cfactor recognizes profit sharing as an integral part of our compensation plan. Our objective is to recognize productivity, improve the ability of the company to recruit and retain its associates, provide an opportunity for associates to increase their income, reinforce teamwork and provide the associate with a “stake” in the success of the company.
Employee Ownership - cfactor provides the opportunity to have a stake in the entrepreneurial game. The Employee Stock Ownership Plan is to allow employees to share ownership of cfactor with existing shareholders.
Benefits - cfactor offers a comprehensive employer funded benefit package including, medical, life insurance, dental, disability, and RSP plans.
Fun and Fulfillment
Whether at work or play, we encourage our teams to have fun and excel. cfactor sponsors a wide range of activities for associates, including:
- Sponsoring Crew sports teams (e.g. beach volleyball, winter volleyball and recreational hockey)
- Company trips for associates and spouses (e.g. annual rocky mountain retreat to Banff in the Canadian Rockies or northern lake getaway in cottage country)
