Cary Schuler CEO | Cary Schuler is a Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of cfactor. Since its founding in 1999, cfactor has rapidly expanded its operations currently servicing clients across North America. In 2003, the company received recognition from Profit Magazine as one of Canada’s fastest growing companies with 2-yr revenue growth of 476% and was named one of Canada's Top 100 Employers (2006) by Mediacorp Canada Inc. and Maclean's magazine. Personally, Cary has been named 2003 Saskatchewan Young Entrepreneur of The Year (Business Development Bank of Canada) and Finalist in 2002 & 2003, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Awards, Canadian Prairie Region. Cary possesses a Masters of Business Administration (University of British Columbia / Rotterdam School of Management) and Bachelor of Commerce Degree (University of Saskatchewan). |
Rod Schuler Chief Technology Officer | Rodney Schuler, Co-Founder, currently serves as Chief Technology Officer for cfactor and as such has corporate responsibility for all IT initiatives. Rodney has over 20 years of progressive Information Technology experience. Rodney serves as lead architect for cfactor Workforce Automation solutions. cfactor has been recognized for Human Resource Technology Excellence (2003 HRTech Award) and Best New Product (SABEX 2004). Personally, Rodney was a Finalist in both the 2002 & 2003 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Awards, Canadian Prairie Region. Rodney possesses a Bachelor of Science, Honours degree (University of Saskatchewan). |
Shaun Schuler SVP Research and Development | Shaun Schuler is a Co-Founder and SVP Research and Development for cfactor. As an active leader in the development of the cfactor Workforce Automation Suite, Shaun played a key role in architecting many of the major features of the product. He continues to fulfill a lead R&D role. cfactor has been recognized for Human Resource Technology Excellence (2003 HRTech Award) and Best New Product (SABEX 2004). Personally, Shaun has been named 2003 Saskatchewan Young Entrepreneur of The Year (Business Development Bank of Canada) and Finalist in 2002 & 2003, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Awards, Canadian Prairie Region. Gary Givan VP Sales | Gary Givan is the Vice President of Sales and is responsible for driving new revenue opportunities for cfactor. Gary brings over 20 years of experience in payroll, human resource and benefits outsourcing sales. Before joining cfactor, Gary was with ADP, where he held both sales and sales leadership positions throughout his tenure. Gary played key roles in ADP’s launch into benefits outsourcing. He was a Global Sales Manager for ADP’s BPO (business process outsourcing) practice. |
Marian Williams Director of Workforce and Adoption Services | Marian Williams, as Director of Workforce and Adoption Services for cfactor, is responsible for helping clients with successful adoption strategies and practices to achieve their organizational goals. She also manages the human resource function and provides professional expertise as it relates to strategic business and product growth. Marian has over 18 years of human resources experience in many areas including recruitment, retention, workforce planning and labor relations. This wide range of experience allows Marian to contribute HR expertise in client/partner relationships and product development. Marian holds a B.Comm. (Human Resources Management) from the University of Saskatchewan. |
