Personal Profiles
cfactor’s enterprise-grade Personal Profiles are deployed to provide an in-depth view of employees. They are configurable so you can choose what information is most relevant and collect it across your workforce. For example, in addition to the standard demographic/contact information in a profile, you may want to find out employees’:
- Unique skills / areas of expertise
- Career aspirations
- Second languages
- Other locations where they may like to work
Personal Profiles can also be configured to automatically display an employee’s communities/network membership, endorsements given and received and their latest contributions and recent community activities.
All of the elements within the personal profile are data minable by users with access to the available Manager Tools. Profile information is consolidated from multiple systems and contribution sources. You are able to measure employee contribution, locate & mine hidden talent and leverage formal and informal experts. Clients are able to configure the profile questions depending on the type of information they would like to be collected through the Personal Profiles.
