Software-as-a-Service Deployment Model

cfactor is deployed via an on-demand, Software-as-a-Service (”SaaS”) model.

Why SaaS?

SaaS provides clients with Web access to the cfactor suite – simplifying the IT support requirements. cfactor is responsible for providing, installing, maintaining and ensuring uptime for all the environment components spanning network gear, hardware/servers, middleware and software.

SaaS Benefits

  1. Timely Deployment – Be up and running in weeks vs. traditional, lengthy enterprise implementation timelines.
  2. Cost Effectiveness – Instead of paying large up-front license and implementation fees, our clients pay monthly subscription fees for a set period of time. Clients do not have to incur the costs of additional hardware, software, IT resources to support the solution internally.
  3. High Availability / Dedicated Support – Service level agreements ensure clients receive a high level of solution availability in a dedicated support environment staffed by highly qualified technical resources. The upgrade process is also highly simplified under this model.
  4. Focus On Strategic Initiatives Not Technology – By deploying solutions via the SaaS model, it frees our clients to focus on the strategy-side of their deployment instead of worrying about support/maintenance as is typical of an on-premise deployment.
